Sometimes sipping a cocktail isn't what you're looking for. Maybe right now you're just looking for a light, cocktaily snack! In those moments one of our favorite things to have around the kitchen are cocktail gummies, specifically Moscow Mule cocktail gummies as we get into chillier fall days. Here's a simple recipe for whipping up gummies using leftover cocktail mix you have on your bar.
Keep in mind these can be either alcoholic or nonalcoholic!
Ingredients
Gelatin - 3 tsp
Water - 3 tbsp
FICKS Moscow Mule Cocktail Mix - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Agave Syrup - 1/4 cup
Vodka (optional) - 1/4 cup
Recipe
-
Combine gelatin and water, set aside for later.
-
Over a medium head, combine FICKS Moscow Mule Cocktail Mix and sugar. Stir for a few minutes until the liquid takes on a syrupy consistency.
-
Add agave syrup to the simple syrup, and stir to combine.
-
On a low heat, add the gelatin from earlier onto the mixture on the stove. Stir to combine, and once you notice it's starting to boil immediately take it off the heat.
-
If you want these to be alcoholic, this is the step where you'd add a 1/4 cup of vodka.

Pour into any mold you like. We used this pumpkin gummy mold from Amazon.
