How to Redeem Purchase any qualifying Ficks Beverage Co. product(s) during the rebate offer period. Submit a valid and legible receipt via the online rebate form provided on each rebate hang tag or other rebate method. Include all required information (name, email address, home address, and rebate key if applicable). Rebate submissions must be completed no later than the posted deadline for each promotion.
Rebate Details Limit one (1) rebate per household, name, or email address unless otherwise stated. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will not be honored. Rebates are payable by paper check, electronic transfer, or other method as specified in the offer. Please allow approximately 3–6 weeks from the date of valid submission for processing.
